 nThe HFES White Paper Dissemination Task Force (WPDTF) is dedicated to imp
 roving the visibility and accessibility of Human Factors and Ergonomics (H
 F/E) white papers and technical reports for practitioners. This panel sess
 ion brings together members of the WPDTF and HFE professionals from govern
 ment, academia and industry to explore innovative strategies for bridging 
 the gap between academic research and practical application, showcasing re
 al-world examples of dissemination efforts. Panelists will highlight key c
 hallenges and successes from their experiences, including mechanisms for d
 istributing white papers, gathering feedback, and ensuring actionable insi
 ghts reach the intended audience. Through this discussion, attendees will 
 understand the current state of the WPDTF efforts and gain a deeper unders
 tanding of how to enhance the impact of HF/E resources, leveraging lessons
