 m tool to teammate, traditional approaches to evaluating human-AI team (HA
 T) performance no longer capture the dynamic complexity of these interacti
 ons. This panel brings together experts from industry and academia to addr
 ess the critical challenges in modeling and evaluating human-agent teams i
 n the era of agentic AI. Distinguished panelists will explore emerging fra
 meworks for understanding team effectiveness through the lens of collectiv
 e intelligence, interactive cognition, and compound AI systems. The discus
 sion will highlight how recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs
 ) and Human Digital Twins (HDTs) create both opportunities and challenges 
 for HAT modeling and evaluation. Panelists will examine novel methodologie
 s that integrate objective performance metrics with subjective assessments
  to capture emergent team states, trust calibration, and communication pat
 terns that define effective human-AI agent collaboration. Through interdis
 ciplinary dialogue, this panel aims to establish research priorities and m
 ethodological approaches for developing evaluation frameworks that can ada
 pt to increasingly fluid team compositions and operational contexts. Outco
 mes will include a roadmap for future research focused on HAT effectivenes
 s in high-stakes operational environments where humans, HAI systems, and a
