 ital)\n\nWorker fatigue is one of the crucial factors contributing to seve
 ral accidents and injuries in the oil and gas sector. Oil and gas companie
 s have utilized Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Fatigue Risk Managemen
 t Systems (FRMS) to track fatigue and incidents; however, many systems do 
 not provide enough information to support supervisory-level decisions, hig
 hlighting the need for SMS and FMRS dashboards based on user-centered desi
 gn principles. A longitudinal study was conducted with 70 participants to 
 determine incident and fatigue predictors, create the SMS and FRMS dashboa
 rd, and iterate the dashboard based on interviews with experts in the offs
 hore setting. This led to a dashboard that provided main, crew, individual
 , and crew comparison interfaces, with each interface providing incidents,
  fatigue level, safety culture, and readiness features. Each interface pro
 vided graphical trends of the features across the year, month, and week, a
 long with summaries of the metrics. An “Action Tab” was included in the fa
 tigue section to provide various fatigue mitigation techniques to aid redu
 ce fatigue-related incidents and promote worker well-being. This dashboard
  provides offshore settings with novel methods to assess worker fatigue an
 d supervisory-level decision support to improve worker safety through inci
 dent tracking and actionable fatigue mitigation techniques.\n\n
