Megan Romelfanger is an Ergonomics & Comfort Research Engineer with Ford Motor Company. Through her 10 years of experience working across Product Development, Customer Experience, and Research & Advanced Engineering, she has focused on improving occupant comfort and customer interactions to create enjoyable and effective features and experiences. With a background in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and time working at GE Healthcare, Megan strives to bring a clinical approach to automotive applications and designs.
