Puck Gerritse is Scientist Innovator at the Defence, Safety & Security unit within TNO, based in Soesterberg in The Netherlands. Currently, her interests are in operational management, operational workspace design, ergonomics, anthropometry, and ergonomic standards. She graduated from the Master Integrated Product Design at TU Delft in 2023 with a specialization in medical design. Her aspiration is to continue applying human centered design approaches to improve operator well-being, behavior, and performance.
