Patricia R. DeLucia is a Professor of Psychological Sciences and the Associate Dean of Research for the School of Social Sciences at Rice University. Her research interests include perception of collision, multisensory integration in normal and impaired vision, multimodal vigilance, and human factors in driving and health care. Professor DeLucia served as the editor in chief of the journal Human Factors from 2014-2021 and currently serves as the chairperson of the HFES Scientific Publications Committee. She is a Fellow of HFES.
