Sara Willox, PhD, MBA, ALM, is an accomplished educator and scholar specializing in business education, educational simulations, instructional design, and organizational development. With over a decade of university-level teaching experience, she currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Central Florida while pursuing a Doctor of Education in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Johns Hopkins University and a PhD in Modeling and Simulation at the University of Central Florida. Dr. Willox’s research and publications focus on simulation-based learning, sustainability, and performance management in educational and organizational settings. She is recognized for her innovative curriculum development and commitment to enhancing student engagement in large-enrollment business courses.
