Promise Stephens is a human factors analyst at Aerodyne Industries within the COMET contract at Kennedy Space Center and a first-year master's student at Eastern University. In her role at KSC, Promise is responsible for performing human error analyses, usability evaluations, human factors assessments, and workload assessments for space operations related to the Artemis missions. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Promise's research interests include spaceflight operations human factors, user experience within multi-faceted environments, effective team management strategies, and enhancing software usability. As part of her work in COMET, Promise also manages mishap investigations and process improvement.
