Dr. Helen Fuller is a human factors engineer with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Digital Health Office (DHO) Human Systems Integration (HSI) team. She supports human factors projects, provides expert advice on human performance and risks and mitigation strategies, and promotes the implementation of resilience engineering and human-centered design approaches. Dr. Fuller completed her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan with a focus on human factors and ergonomics. She has a certificate in HSI from the Naval Postgraduate School and completed a fellowship in Patient Safety with the National Center for Patient Safety.
