Christy Harper, is the managing partner of the consulting group End to End User Research. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at HP first as an individual contributor, then as a Master Technologist and UX Research team manager in the personal products division. She is on the HFES Executive Committee, is an HFES Fellow and has been awarded HFES Mentor of the Year from the WOMEN Affinity Group. She has been designated a Distinguished Alumni of UHCL and is actively involved in the Houston chapter of HFES. She speaks frequently on Human Factors careers, UX research methods, innovation, management and demonstrating the ROI of research.
