Mr. Jacob Miratsky is a Ph.D. candidate at the Biodesign Institute at ASU’s School of Molecular Sciences. His current research interests are theoretical chemistry and computational biophysics. His current research projects include developing novel enhanced sampling techniques using machine learning, integrating Cryo-EM data with molecular dynamics simulations, and investigating molecular motors such as the Type IX Secretion System.
