Arindam Gupta is a Research Associate II on the Human-Systems Integration Team at Design Interactive, Inc. He has 5+ years of Human Factors research experience focusing on research and development, UX research, usability testing, research analysis, and training system designs. His prior experience at the Nielsen Company allowed him to develop and lead research projects focused on field technician training to improve installation processes. Additionally, during his time at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University working as a usability research scientist, he was able to execute and deliver effective training protocol for the Information Technology (IT) department server technicians. Arindam utilizes his knowledge of user-centered design and research to help identify current gaps in training protocol and help make systems more user-friendly.
