April Tan has a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction and Applied Linguistics and Technology from Iowa State University. She works as a UX Researcher and as a Thesis/Dissertation Writing Consultant at the Center for Communication Excellence. Her academic interests
include emerging technologies (VR/GenAI) in education, user research, and Friends (the TV show).
