Joseph W. Hendricks is a research associate and senior investigator for the Next Generation Advanced Procedures Consortium, which is affiliated with Texas A&M University, and an independent consultant. He received his PhD in Psychology (industrial-organizational emphasis) from Texas A&M University. Dr. Hendricks has been actively researching issues with procedures including procedure deviation and (mis)use antecedents, hazard statement designs embedded in procedures, and issues with digital procedures.
