Bradford Schroeder is a Senior Research Psychologist at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). His research programs involve the development and evaluation of adaptive training algorithms and advanced technologies (such as Augmented Reality) to improve training effectiveness for complex Navy-relevant tasks. In addition to these topics, Dr. Schroeder investigates how individual differences in stress responses, cognitive abilities, and other learner characteristics can affect learning outcomes.
