Dr. Salwei is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Research and Innovation in Systems Safety (CRISS) in the Departments of Anesthesiology and Biomedical Informatics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). Her research program focuses on the design and integration of information-rich technologies, such as clinical decision support (CDS) and artificial intelligence (AI), to support decision-making and improve care quality and patient safety.
