Amirmasoud Momenipour is an Associate Professor of Engineering Management at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD and BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a master’s in Information Systems. His research focuses on enhancing the usability, learnability, and accessibility of work systems and sociotechnical technologies through design thinking and analytics. An advocate for human-centered design and management principles in engineering education, he received the 2023 Teaching Award from IISE’s Work Systems Division. Recognized as a 2024 Engineering Unleashed Fellow, he integrates entrepreneurial mindset principles into engineering education and serves as an ambassador for IISE and HFES, supporting faculty development and education initiatives.
