Frank Lacson is the Human-Centered Design Lead for Imagine Believe Realize (IBR), a growing small business focused on software and systems engineering solutions for government and commercial clients. He helps HCD, Human Factors Engineering, and User Experience practitioners apply a multi-disciplinary approach as they serve as the user advocate for large Information Technology systems through the System Development lifecycle.
