Biography
Dr. Jessica Williams is a post-doctoral scholar in the Cognitive Sciences Laboratory at the Institute of Simulation & Training, at the University of Central Florida. Her research interests include profiling individuals and teams based on factors that impact and predict performance, with a focus on teamwork and the development of models for supporting teams and, in particular, human-agent collaboration in hybrid teams. She has conducted and published human subjects research in collaboration with DoD, ARL, DARPA, and academic institutions across North America on topics such as interactions and collaboration in human-agent teams in complex team coordination tasks, and the development of socially intelligent agents for supporting hybrid team performance.
