Olga Strachna

Biography
Olga Strachna is a healthcare technologist and doctoral candidate in Sociotechnical Systems at Stevens Institute of Technology, where she researches the design and evaluation of AI/ML-driven healthcare interventions. With a background in molecular biology (Carnegie Mellon, BS) and health informatics (Weill Cornell, MS), she has led initiatives in clinical research, health IT policy, and digital innovation. At Memorial Sloan Kettering, Olga has built scalable remote monitoring tools, architected a private HIE, and developed data governance programs to support operational and research analytics. Her work focuses on improving health outcomes through equitable, data-driven care delivery.
