Anamaria Acevedo Diaz is an undergraduate researcher at the University of Central Florida, pursuing a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a minor in Statistics. As a McNair Scholar, her research interests lie at the intersection of social neuroscience, emotional bonding, and cognitive processing. She has contributed to projects involving EEG data analysis and statistical modeling and is passionate about using neuroscience to understand better the psychological mechanisms that shape human connections.
