Caitlin Lang is a Senior Research Associate at the National Safety Council, where she conducts quantitative and qualitative research studying the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and emerging infectious diseases on U.S. employers and the workforce. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Experimental Human Factors Psychology.
