Presenter

Fan Yang is a PhD student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Texas A&M University. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University. Her research focuses on safety climate, workplace technology, and occupational health, with a particular interest in how organizational and environmental factors enhance worker safety. Her collaborative work has been presented at academic conferences. Fan is currently working on her Master’s thesis, which examines the impact of electronic performance monitoring on workers’ reactions and safe driving behaviors.
