Khalid Bello is a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial Engineering at the University of Louisville, specializing in Human Factors. As a Research Assistant at the Center for Human Systems Engineering, he has contributed to several projects, including the development of an AI-integrated virtual reality clinic for neurocognitive disorder assessment and the study of team cognition in extended reality environments. His expertise spans data science, user experience research and extended reality. Beyond research, Khalid is passionate about mentorship and leadership, actively engaging with students and leading organizations.
