Presenter

Balaji Palanisamy (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the College of Computing, Georgia Tech in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He is an Associate Professor with the School of Computing and Information, University of Pittsburgh. His primary research interests lie in blockchains, and scalable and privacy-conscious resource management for large-scale distributed systems. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing.
