Biography
Sarah is a Human Factors Specialist at Healthcare Human Factors (HHF), a human factors consultancy that focuses on the design and evaluation of healthcare products and services. In four years at HHF, Sarah has led a wide range of usability evaluations of medical devices and systems.
Sarah is well versed in FDA’s Human Factors Guidance and ISO 62366 with more than 8 years of
experience providing human factors design, development, and evaluation services for pharmaceutical and
medical device companies. She also possesses a strong empirical background, with 12 years of
experience in clinical and applied research.
Sarah holds a BHSc, MA, and PhD in Cognitive Psychology from York University.
