Ms. Cherrise Ficke, Scientist, Aptima, Inc. works in the Training, Learning, and Readiness, Division, where she uses her research expertise in aviation human factors, adaptive training, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations, and human-agent teaming (HAT). Ms. Ficke holds a private pilot's license and has research experience from Florida Institute of Technology’s ATLAS Lab, the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), and the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC). She has an MS in human factors in aeronautics and a BS in aviation management from the Florida Institute of Technology. US Citizen
