Anna Golendukhina is a researcher and aviation professional with a strong background in human factors, flight operations, and emerging aviation technologies. She recently conducted a research study titled "User Acceptance of eVTOL Aircraft Among Various Pilot Demographics," focusing on pilot trust, skills transferability, and training needs associated with electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) systems. Anna's academic work emphasizes advancing the safe integration of novel aircraft into existing aviation systems by prioritizing user-centered design and operational readiness. In addition to her work on eVTOL acceptance, her research on leveraging UAS technologies to collect wildlife data around airport environments was recognized nationally, earning first place across the United States for research design. She received this award from the National Academy of Science and Engineering at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. Anna is passionate about bridging the gap between traditional aviation and future air mobility solutions. Currently, she serves as an Operations Support and Compliance Coordinator within the Strategic Operations Department at FlightSafety International.
