Dr. Mohammad Atiqul Islam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Riverside in 2018, and his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2008. His research spans computer systems with interests in cloud computing, edge computing, distributed systems, high-performance computing, security and privacy, cyber-physical systems, IoT, and the economics of computing.
