Maha Khalid

Biography
Maha Khalid is currently a doctoral student in Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction at Rice University under the supervision of Eduardo Salas, PhD. Khalid’s research interests include understanding teams in the context of health care and other high stress environments. Her other research interests include human-error, human-centered artificial intelligence, human-robot interaction, simulation-based training, and high reliability organizations. Previously, Khalid served as the associate director of the Center for Psychology in Schools and Education at the American Psychological Association (APA).
