Dalton Sparks in a general engineer at the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the Nuclear Regulator Apprenticeship Network (NRAN) program. At the University of Louisville he completed bachelor degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineer as well as a master's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on human factors.
