Valentina Ezcurra, BS, is a dedicated scholar and mentor specializing in psychology. She has over a year of experience in neurofeedback therapy and psychological assessment and currently serves as a Neurofeedback and Assessment Technician at the Neurogenesis Center of Florida. At the University of Central Florida, she is actively involved in research under the mentorship of Dr. Mustapha Mouloua, with interests focusing on anxiety, adolescent development, stress, mental health, and treatment efficacy. Valentina is also deeply engaged in the UCF academic community, volunteering as an AAP (Academic Advancement Programs) Ambassador and serving as a LEARN Peer Mentor, where she supports undergraduate students in their academic and research journeys. She plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, with the long-term goal of becoming a child psychologist. Valentina is recognized for her innovative mentoring style and her strong commitment to advancing psychological research and supporting student success.
