Ahmad Raza Usmani is a PhD student in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech, where he is investigating the ergonomic implications of material handling devices in the automotive industry. His research interests include physical ergonomics, healthcare ergonomics, biomechanics, and assistive technologies. He also has an experience in designing as well as assessing exoskeletons for occupational and rehabilitation applications. Ahmad holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, India.
