Melissa Meingast
Biography
Melissa Meingast is the Human Factors (HF) and User Experience (UX) Research Program Manager and Research Lead for the Experience Design Group at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, providing HF and UX research for products ranging from servers to services to CLIs to everything in between. Her areas of expertise include software and hardware usability testing, contextual inquiry, card sorting, participatory design, interviews, beta testing, surveys, ethnography, and a variety of other user centered design methodologies. Melissa is an HPE Principal Technologist with over 20 years of user research experience. She has a Master’s degree in Human Factors Psychology from Rice University.
