Shiwen Zhou is a Ph.D. student in Human Systems Engineering in the Systems Psychology Lab at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. She received her M.S. in Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2022. Her research focuses on human-AI teaming, team communication patterns, and the measurement of team dynamics, with an emphasis on trust, coordination, and emergent behaviors in sociotechnical systems.
