Biography
I am a PhD candidate in the Industrial and Operations Engineering program at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I am passionate about human factors engineering applications in real-world, dynamic environments. My research interests lie at the intersection of cognitive ergonomics and computational interaction analyses, specifically in quantifying healthcare team dynamics and enhancing patient-provider feelings of ‘connectedness’. My goal is to contribute to the field as a professor, collaborating closely with embedded healthcare practitioners to drive improvements to safety and efficiency in the broader clinical system.
