Prof. Varun Dutt is a Full Professor in the School of Computing and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi, India. He holds a PhD in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, USA (2011), where he also earned dual M.S. degrees in Engineering and Public Policy (2010) and Software Engineering (2006). He completed his B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Thapar University, India (2004).
