John Winters is a Senior Human Factors Engineer with BCI, where he has provided HFE and HSI support to numerous Navy programs and organizations over the last 23 years, with a focus on surface ship combat systems, unmanned aviation, and bridge and navigation systems. He also leads BCI’s team of more than 20 human factors practitioners and operational subject matter experts, who provide HFE, HSI, and HCI expertise to Navy and Marine Corps programs. He holds an M.S. degree in Industrial Systems Engineering (Human Factors Option) from Virginia Tech.
