Phuoc Thai is a third-year doctoral student at the University of Central Florida's Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology program. Phuoc's research interests include user experience in mobile app and chatbot implementations, AI transparency and trust, productivity improvement, chatbot personality development, and generative AI eye-tracking evaluations. Over the years, Phuoc has also worked as a human factors consultant and UX designer.
