Biography
Matthew J. Scalia is a Ph.D. student in Human Systems Engineering in the Systems Psychology Lab at Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University. He received his Master's in Engineering Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology. His research focuses on teaming in multi-mixed teams (human-human and human-machine teams; teams and teams-of-teams) with an emphasis on trust, performance, and coordination using methods from dynamical systems theory, psychology, and statistics.
