Dr. Kumar Akash is currently a principal scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc, and serving as the lead scientist for the Human Centered Intelligence research group. He got his PhD from Purdue University in 2020, in mechanical engineering. He got his Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2015. His research interests include Trust in Automation, Control Systems, and Human Machine Interactions.
