Hecun Liu is a master's student in Human Factors and Human-Computer Interaction at Rice University. She earned her bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University, graduating with highest distinction. Her research interests focus on human-centered design, trust in autonomous systems, and applications in transportation and healthcare. Her work integrates principles of human perception, decision-making, and interaction design, aiming to improve real-world systems through empirical research and user-centered methodologies.
