Stephanie Fussell
Biography
Dr. Stephanie G. Fussell is a Scientist with Aptima’s Training, Learning, and Readiness (TLR) division, working primarily with the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Gaming Research Integration for Learning Laboratory (GRILL®). A proponent of using extended reality (XR) efficiently and effectively, Dr. Fussell’s research concentrates on ensuring training competency, enhancing usability, meeting user experience requirements, and demonstrating transfer of training. As a former assistant professor, Dr. Fussell has experience with how research in different environments impacts the use and understanding of XR in training environments.
