Ir. Rutger Stuut is a senior human factors advisor at the executive organisation of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat). He is also an external PhD candidate in experimental psychology at Utrecht University, Division of Experimental Psychology & Helmholtz Institute. He received his BEng (Honours) in Aviation Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2015 and his MSc in Human-Technology Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2019.
