Valerie Tuccillo Robbins-Roth, MS, is an Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology PhD candidate at the Florida Institute of Technology. She earned her BS in Psychology with Business Administration and Applied Behavior Analysis minors from Nova Southeastern University, and her MS in I/O Psychology with a culture concentration from the Florida Institute of Technology. Valerie is a recipient of the David L. Boren Fellowship, supporting her language study and international research on leadership and collaboration in Japan. Valerie’s research and consulting experience includes leadership, culture, group and team dynamics (including human-agent teaming), and organizational change and development.
