Biography
As an undergraduate student in psychology and law, Gabrielle Boily conducts research at the intersection of these two fields. Her primary research focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), specifically assessing current AI technologies to enhance legal empowerment and exploring the cognitive processes involved in human-chatbot interactions. She enriched her academic training through a semester at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and through active involvements in various committees and non-profit organizations related to both law and psychology. She is currently starting a master's degree in psychology, during which she will focus on modeling judges' decision-making processes in Quebec using AI.
