Shane Arnold is an undergraduate Industrial and Systems Engineering student at the University of Louisville with one semester of experience in manufacturing quality, contributing to improvements in many facets in the workplace, including workplace safety, environmental stewardship, ease-of-use of processes and general quality-of-life for employees, and reduction of the likelihood and severity of occurrences of quality defects and their impacts on manufacturing costs.
