Biography
Noelle Brown, PhD is an Engineering Psychologist within the Information and Decision Sciences Branch at the US Naval Research Laboratory. She received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology in 2011 from Louisiana State University. Her research focuses on attention, memory and decision making. Specifically, how the functions that support attention and memory similarly affect individual differences in basic cognitive and decision making tasks. Dr. Brown is experienced in the application of measurement and computational models of human cognition.
