Formalized and Standardized Software Solution for Managing a Global Ergonomics Initiative

DescriptionFor over 45 years, VelocityEHS (formerly known as Humantech) has helped global organizations deploy and sustain formalized and standardized ergonomics processes. The goal of the ergonomics process is to help organizations reduce the occurrence of workplace musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and the associated costs, as well as improve manufacturing productivity, enhance product quality, provide better process stability, and optimize business performance through the application of ergonomics principles.
With the advent of technology and cloud-computing, VelocityEHS developed and launched a software solution specifically designed to resolved six challenges global organizations faced when addressing workplace ergonomics problems.
Since 2015, VelocityEHS has helped over 500 organizations deploy and sustain a global ergonomics initiative using a formalized and standardized software solution. Over 50,000 users have been trained in ergonomics principles and use the software solution. Over 200,000 MSD risk assessments have been completed. On average, global organizations obtain a 17% reduction in MSD incidents and associated costs annually, year upon year.
A demonstration of the VelocityEHS Industrial Ergonomics software solution will be provided, and participants’ questions are encouraged to discuss the effectiveness and impact of this software solution on improving the lives of the global working population and driving business performance outcomes.
